We have not duplicated a house in 18 years. You literally can come in with your own plans whether it be chickenscratch, architectural design or ideas from a home book. Our main goal is to assist you, the homebuyer, in customizing a home that will meet your family and financial needs.

Are modular homes built as well as "stickbuilt" homes?

Modular homes are built to travel. Most walls exceed code requirements applicable to stickbuilt homes because they must be transported to your building site.
